Dowling was most recently at Orion Worldwide, where she served as Investment, Marketing, and L&D Director, leading strategic initiatives that enhanced client outcomes and maximised media investments. Her new role at Love Media will focus on leveraging her deep industry knowledge to elevate client strategy, foster innovative media campaign management, and strengthen the agency’s capabilities in data-driven media planning and execution.
